Шурупов Илья Викторович 40c9cabdcf Hang reports go to the application's folder; storage migration removed 
HangWatchdog defaults to ~/<process>/hangs and WidgetApplication passes its
persistentAppStorage().hangsDirectory(), so hang reports sit next to the
application's sessions and images. MODULES_HANG_DIR still overrides it.

The one-time adoption of old folders is gone: the old folders were moved or
deleted by hand, so there is nothing left to migrate.
