Skills tab browses and edits the git-versioned Taskboard/skills folder; each skill is a SKILL.md agents load through list_skills/get_skill. Secrets tab manages credentials agents fetch at run time through get_secret, kept in a separate secrets.db outside the board so its history and snapshots never carry a value; the UI stores and deletes keys but never shows one.
