Шурупов Илья Викторович 118c1b1c50 Graphics: symbol fallback fonts so UI arrows, dots and crosses render
Text used only Cantarell with Noto Emoji as fallback, so characters such as
the back arrow (U+2190), the unsaved dot (U+25CF), the remove cross (U+2715)
and Markdown's replacement character (U+FFFD) were drawn as empty boxes.

Every text face (regular, bold, monospace) now falls back, in order, to
emoji, Noto Sans Symbols 2, Noto Sans Math and Noto Sans for U+FFFD. The
Noto fonts are subset to the arrow, math, technical, shape, dingbat and
symbol blocks to keep them small (about 300 KB together) and ship under the
OFL like the existing fonts.

The face and fallback lists now live in one header, CanvasFonts.hpp, which
the canvas loads and a new FontCoverage test reads: the test scans every
non-ASCII character written in the Widgets and Taskboard sources and fails if
any text face cannot draw it through the fallback chain.
