Color Management: Write ICC profile for sRGB images
Previously this was not done to be conservative and trying not to break any existing workflows. But some applications like Photoshop warn when opening images without an ICC profile, so there's a reason for it now and it's good to be explicit about it anyway. The profile comes from the Compact-ICC-Profile project, same as the others and mentioned in the README in the icc directory. Pull Request: https://projects.blender.org/blender/blender/pulls/163017
