Fix #151942: VSE: Sound crossfade fails if metastrip contents selected

Simply ensure that the operator only considers strips in the current
metastrip level with `strips` instead of `strips_all`.

Another fix alternative is to modify metastrip selection logic, but
that's a change that should be weighed separately.

Also do the same for the deinterlace operator.
