Fix #157236: Python error on opening the navigation pie menu on the asset browser

Browse source 
Vertical list is excluded for asset browser in
`rna_FileSelectParams_display_type_itemf`. Add a check in pie menu
drawing to silent the error caused by vertical enumitem.
