Tests: VSE render test coverage for various color spaces

In preparation for delaying colorspace conversions until they
are needed (#119501), extend render tests to cover:
- Various color spaces in input media,
- Various operations done on them (blending, blurring, compositor adjustments),
- Various VSE working color space setups
