Themes: UI: Compact grid layout for Bone Color Sets

Browse source 
Make the presentation of the Bone Color Sets more compact by
organizing different properties as columns.

This cuts down how much the user has to scroll up and down to
configure them, and the layout is more consistent across different
zoom levels.
