This makes it so a "deps.md" file is put in our library folder when running "make deps". This file contains all names and versions of the libraries we use. It also has a basic dependency graph of the libraries.

This file contains a table with all the libraries Blender uses to build its library dependencies.

|
Some of the libraries might not be shipped in the library directory as some of them are only used at build time.
