The table was generated from Unicode 5.0 which missed combining characters added since 2006. Regenerate with the "uniset" command noted in the table's comment using Unicode 17.0.0 data. This changes which characters are treated as zero-width for column width calculation & cursor motion in the text-editor and Python-console. Ref !162296
