From the comment, this flag was added to suppress allocation warnings on macOS < 10.14. With the minimum deployment target now being set to 13.0 with !163627, remove this now unused flag. Confirmed to not re-introduce warnings locally. Pull Request: https://projects.blender.org/blender/blender/pulls/163669
