Brecht Van Lommel 4fc20a6b62 Fix: Cycles half float build error using WITH_CYCLES_NATIVE_ONLY
Now explicitly check for __KERNEL_SSE__ before using float4 constructor
with __m128 type, and make sure it's defined in the host code on x86_64.
