Jonas Holzman 6c9c730a36 Fix: macOS: Add missing camera security entitlement
This is a follow-up to c16fbd1e65 / #153725, as discussed in the PR this
adds the corresponding missing camera security entitlement to allow
Python scripts / add-ons to request for camera access via a system
authorization popup and completes the fix introduced in 8218d5f5d3.
