Andreas Gajdosik bcfa79cfe1 Fix #132594 Register protocol for Blender distributed as appx in Microsoft Store 
The goal of this commit is to modify the MSIX build of Blender so the
blender: protocol is registered. With this, when installed from the MS
Store, Blender can be started using the following command:

Start-Process blender:C:\path\to\file.blend
