Bart van der Braak 7df1a0a1b7 GitHub: Remove workflow for closing PRs GitHub finally allows repositories to disable Pull Requests entirely (most likely due to the backlash from auto-generated PRs from AI bots wreaking havoc on certain Open Source projects).
