Brecht Van Lommel 294a47a2dc Color Management: Add Rec.709-A colorspace to match Apple devices
Apple devices have a non-standard interpretation of Rec.709 (CICP 1/1/1)
video files, using gamma 1.961. This is part of Core Video and so affects
QuikcTime, iMovie, Safari, Chome, etc.

When there is a need to match those exactly, the Rec.709-A colorspace can
now be selected for the video file.
