Casey Bianco-Davis 7adad41baf Grease Pencil: Color Ramp Gradient

This changes the Grease Pencil gradient system to use a ColorRamp input
instead of only using for 2 colors.

This also removes `flip` and `mix_factor` as they are no longer useful.

Note: This PR does not add support for import or export.

Know Issue: This recomputes the texture every frame.
