Caused by 5fe0658192
This looks to be a real leak, a bug in the library most likely
(see minimal reproduction below). It also looks like our lsan
suppression list would have stopped this from being reported
in the past, but no longer does after a recent TBB library update.
Add the new namespace `tbb::detail::r1`.
