Added support for the 'export_symbols' parameter to 'link_shared_object()'

Browse source 
and 'link_shared_lib()'.  In MSVCCompiler, this is meaningful: it adds
/EXPORT: options to the linker command line.  In UnixCCompiler, it
is ignored.
