Subject: [PATCH] Partial revert of e3e41ba

Renames the `topics.html` file output by Doxygen to `modules.html` to
keep consistency with prior documentation file structure.

Fixes the documentation website being broken.

Resolves: glfw/glfw.github.io#116.
