Brecht Van Lommel 9c33739940 Refactor: Color Management: Slightly speed up config loading 
Identifying built-in colorspaces in OCIO is slow, slightly tweak
some colorspace definitions so it doesn't fall back to creating
processors to do identify these color spaces.
