Habib Gahbiche 0ae970969e Assets: Compositor: Enable 'Scene Effect' for bundled assets

The new 'Scene Effect' asset trait was introduced in #160684.
The property needs to be updated manually so that the bundled assets
show up in the add menu of Scene Effects.

Online assets will be updated separately.
