This is a new lossless encoding in OpenEXR 3.4 based on high throuhput JPEG 2000. It produces somewhat smaller files than other lossless compression methods, but is very new and not widely supported yet by other software. Pull Request: https://projects.blender.org/blender/blender/pulls/153292
