Weizhen Huang a2ed5854c0 Fix #159564 : Cycles: Constant link to BSDF nodes not initialized

Implement two new functions used for compiling BSDF nodes, to ensure
that `input_link()` is called before a BSDF node is added to the SVM
compiler, so that the input stack is valid when BSDF node requires them
at run-time.
