Jeroen Bakker d35d29156b Benchmark: Add a command to build missing revisions. 
Build missing revisions. When using locally it is useful to run the builds,
before doing a run/update. This PR add an command
`benchmark.py build` to precompile missing revisions where the compilation
log is also printed to the console.
